As is the case with the rest of the hotel, the Bar and Restaurant watch over the infinite waters of the ocean through its large glass windows. There is a direct access to the beach, after crossing a beautiful stretch of green grass, dunes and plants; characteristic of the northern part of Portugal. It has been carefully decorated combining comfortable materials, warm colours and a modern touch. This gives its cosy restaurants and bars a cosmopolitan feel to them. At the table, you’ll always find a bottle of fleur de sel, (flôr de sal) a pure form of salt to accompany every deliciously prepared meal. The restaurant has a modern and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You may choose between the friendly square tables close to the windows or the curving chocolate brown sofas surrounding round tables, allowing for a more intimate and friendly meal. The food here is a fusion between locally traditional flavours and spices and a contemporary touch to the presentation and confection of each dish. The restaurant, called “Saleiro” provides for a truly enriching gastronomic experience. After your meal, head down to the fashionable bar that is open from 07h30 to 24h00. |
